Is it possible to download version 0.42?

Re: Version 0.42

Hi,

The problem that occurs is that when you have ie7pro installed and 'script and plugins' enabled it will always show the standard IE javascript error dialog box.

It also started started doing the point mentioned in the FAQ about launching the MS debugger, but managed to get round that, by following the instructions

Thanks foe the download.

Let me know if i can be any more help.

Cheers James

Re: Version 0.42

It looks like IE7Pro is connecting as a debugger as well, and as only one debugger can be attached to a process, Companion.JS can't connect anymore.

Try to contact IE7Pro team about this. Maybe they don't need to connect as debugger, so they can remove this code, or set an option to disable it.

I tried to contact them some time ago for another problem and they never answered...

Re: Version 0.42

Yep, works absolutely fine with version 0.4.2, also i dont if its related but the script debugger launching only occurs with with 0.5, not 0.4.2.

I've downloaded 0.4.2 so you can remove link if you want?

Or is always a history of previous releases?

Cheers

Re: Version 0.42

Hi,

I'll try to add an option to disable the new debugger engine in the next Companion.JS release (that will force Companion.JS to use the old js debugger) so it should correct the problem.
