What's the right way to submit a language file update?

I just updated the simplified chinese language file for the newest version of IETester and sent it via email.
But I didn't see it appear on the language files list... Does that mean I did it in a wrong way?

Hi,

Your translation has been added to the wiki page and the next IETester version will integrate it into the installer.

Thank you.
