I am getting below error when i tried to open quality center in the i.e tester. Looks like my
USer agent is showing as IE4 for some reason. Any one has suggestions how to fix it. I tried insalling .net service pack1, uninstalled I.E and resinstalled no change.

here is the error

Microsoft Internet Explorer : 4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; InfoPath.2; .NET CLR 3.5.21022; MS-RTC LM 8) is not supported!
Only Internet Explore 6 and 7 are supported.

Hi,

I don't know what is "quality center". Can you provide precise information about your problem ?

Seems like the version detector they created is bugged...
IE's user-agent usually starts with: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.0; .......)
So it's cutting Mozilla off...
"MSIE 8.0" is the version of IE.
