Comp. Style Undo disables apply button

Windows 7 SP1 / IE9 - DebugBar v6.4

When editing CSS in DOM/Comp. Style:

Steps:
Change CSS
Press apply button
Press undo

I can't apply the undo because the apply button has greyed out.
