Default IE Version on my laptop : IE 10.0.9200.16438 (Upgraded from IE8)

When I click 'Default IE' version to access an internal B/S application, the webpage displays like old IE8.

But when I open an IE 10 instance to access that website, the UI is different. Because our application has some UI bugs, so I can find the difference obviously.

So, I think  that clicking the 'Default IE' tab is NOT to call default IE. But I'm not sure which IE it calls.
