IE5.5 and IE6 tabs crashes on Win7 x64 with IE 10

OS Version: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (SP 1)
IE Version: Internet Explorer 10 v10.0.9.9200.16575IC
IETester Version: 0.5.2
IE Tab Version: IE5.5 and IE6

It doesn't matter which URL i'm using. Every time when i'm starting a new IE5.5 or IE6 tab (using wwwgoogle.de) i've got the error message "A tab has crashed for an unknown reason. You can reopen the tab by clicking the "Reopen tab" button".

Additional to that, is there a reason why the IE10 button will be inactive, instead i've installed the IE10 for my default browser?

Hi,

Do you have a proxy defined ? If so, try to disable it.

We use a Proxy script and if i'm disable the option, the IE5.5 and IE6 tabs will be opened without a crash.

But the question is, why the tabs crashes on using a proxy?
