IE tester for IE 7 tab. the memory could not be read / DebugBar forums

Hi,
OS windows 2003 R2,
IE - 8
IE tester 0.4.3

IE tester's latest version is not working for IE 7 tab.
it gives error as "the instruction at ...referenced memory at xxx. the memory could not be read"
and closes the ie7 tab.

I can access google.com, etc external sites but i can't access my localhost site.

OS Windows XP Pro
IE 8.0
IE Tester 0.4.12 (Downloaded today)

I installed IE Tester with no problems but when I open it and try to open an IE7 tab I get an error that references a memory address and says ... The memory could not be "read".
