I've found a puzzled problem in 0.4.4

for ie css bugs, i wrote 2 different css styles for ie8 & less than ie8

however, in 0.4.4, opening an ie8 tab (or default tab), ietester shows my site in the style sheet i wrote for less than ie8 or part of the styles. e.g. the png is no longer transparent...

but in 0.4.3, everything's okay.

im really puzzled ... is this a bug ? or sth wrong with my site?
