Really NO support on this question?

Sorry if it is a boring theme ... but I looked arround here several times for a solution or for what I am doing wrong ... but I've got no solution yet.

Also it is highlighted I've not seen the announcement. Sorry for this. (Seems to be a psychological effect, that such important think are always not registrated ...;-))

Here I am looking for activiating the toolbar.

As reportet I cannot activate the toolbar (bar on the top). Seems, IE9 doesn't offer me any option to show it. (Or I even I don't find it, but I looked arround serveral times in the menus and in addon-manager too and don't knew where else it could be.) The Menu "view - symbol-bars" only offers others symbol-bars (sorry, don't knew the english names in IE, I try to translate it): menubar, favoritebar, commandbar  statusbar.

Only thing I can do is to activate the dev.bar (on the left side of the window). This works really proper.

Here I can activate dev.bar too. But no way to activate the toolbar (this seems correct to me?).

Yes, it's strange.

I deinstalled Debugbar.
Cleaned the system with ccleaner
Restarted my computer.
Installed Debugbar from a fresh downloaded file.
Internetexplorer has been closed all over the time.
...

Unfortunately same as before.

An additional information:
In the programm-folder I can see:
DubugInfoBar.dll
DebugToolBar.dll
Uninstall.exe
Folder: Languages
Are this files correct?

What else can I do?
