Data Execution Prevention Vista shuts down IEtester after a few minute

I was very excited when i stumbled upon you ietester program. I downloaded it and donated some money. But when I ran IEtester on my Vista machine I quickly realized that Vista doesn't like your program at all. It starts telling me that IEtester has to be shut down because of DEP (data execution prevention). When i try to cancel DEP for IEtester, I am not allowed to. Is there a solution to this problem?

Re: Data Execution Prevention Vista shuts down IEtester after a few minute

Hi,

That's really strange. When you say "crash", what do you mean exactly ?

The main IETester window should not crash, so I suppose you mean that tabs are crashing right ?

Can you be more precise ? tabs ? ie version opened ? etc ?

Thanks.

Re: Data Execution Prevention Vista shuts down IEtester after a few minute

I have this problem too but apparently it's quite random.

The tabs crash quite frequently mentioning DEP. IE6 version opened.
I made it crash three times in a row by opening a specific website (http://semonegelldesign.com/), closing the tab and switching to another application but it doesn't do it anymore...
Weird!
