* Provide your OS version (INCLUDING service pack) and installed IE version.
* Provide your IETester version
* Provide the IE Tab version opened to generate the problem
* Provide a test case with a sample url or sample code to reproduce the problem

tab crash on IE 6 (when opening tab)

Hi IETester is a great tool. Have used it before (on a different computer) without issues, but on this computer whenever I open an IE 5.5 or IE 6 tab the tab crashes "IETester has stopped working" and I close the tab.

I am running Windows 7 Professional, 32-bit. I don't think i have a service pack installed

My IE version is IE8

The tabs that don't work are IE 5.5 and IE 6. In addition, IE 7 can be opened and used but tends to crash after a while.

I am using version IE Tester v0.4.8

Any suggestions much appreciated

Hi,

Do you have a proxy defined ? This might generate crashes in IE5.5 and IE6 when a proxy is defined.

If so, try to remove your proxy and check if it's working better.
