I�m currently working as an operations manager I Identify, plan and develops strategies and processes for the business's common daily operations to ensure its financial needs and goals are met.  Also devise strategies for improvement throughout different departments such as human resources, finance, and accounting. I love the field that I�m in and the everyday challenges I face.
