I've updated my Vista's IE 7 to the new IE8b2...
Installed the compatible DbB, and find another problem...

When trying to open the 'Customize' dialog (aka. Options), it will start flashing (blinking) very fast like a window that is constantly (infinite times) being opened.

Note: It doesn't happen when IE is started "as admin".
I haven't experienced this on XP.
