File Upload not working in IE7 and IE8 tabs / DebugBar forums

OS - Windows 7 SP1, IE9
IE Tester Version 0.4.12
IE Tabs - IE7 and IE8
Issue - File Upload button right next to the file upload textbox is empty and clicking on the button doesn't do anything

The following code should work but doesn't:
<input type="file" id="uploadImage" />

Sample Url:
http://directwebremoting.org/dwr-demo/s … pload.html

The above works fine in IE6 and IE9 tabs but doesn't work in IE7 and IE8 tabs.

Hi,

Yes, this is a know bug. I couldn't find a workaround to make it work. I'm working on new ways of virtualizing IE versions and this feature might work with this new stuff, but I don't know when I will be able to release a new version of IETester yet with this new version, hopefully soon :-O
