Re: ietester always sets ie to be the default browser

I don't have this OS version for testing, but didn't have any troubles with Vista, XP, and 2000, and I am not sure 2003 is very different.

So, what is your default browser ? Firefox ? Opera ? Chrome ? other ?

And then when you are launching IETester, close it, you have IE as default browser again ?

Is it the correct problem ?

Re: ietester always sets ie to be the default browser

Do you just need to launch IETester (without opening any tab) to have the default browser changed to IE ? Or do you open an IE tab ? Is it the same with all the ie tab version ? Or is it a particular tab version on IETester that resets the default browser to IE ?

Re: ietester always sets ie to be the default browser

I just launch IETester and then it will change the default browser to IE.

Re: ietester always sets ie to be the default browser

I will investigate, but this may take a while as I need to install Win2003 first and investigate then.
