Unable to open development bar.

When i click on DebugBar the Development bar is not opened. The IE7 explorer remains as Is.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

What is your IE version, OS version ? Do you have other sidebar installed under IE ? Do you have administrative rights on your machine ?
