In the Layout view, the numbers for left & right margin, border, padding, etc. often overlap. Therefore, they are not readable anymore and hence, the whole view becomes pointless. Bummer!

This happens with IE 8 on Windows 7 with the latest version of DebugBar. I did not test on other platforms.
