Options > Internet Explorer Options...click and nothing happens? / DebugBar forums

I am on Win XP Pro and am trying to find a way to test IE6 with javascript disabled. I believe I read I can use the Internet Explorer Options to do this. However, when I click the button, nothing happens. Is a window supposed to pop-up to give me the options?

I confirm.
It should open IE's "Internet Options".

However, it is working in multi-thread mode, but not in the default multi-process mode.
