I am experiencing an issue with IETester not properly displaying transparency in PNG images when the ie alpha filter is applied using several of the popular PNG fixes available, including the following:

on either one of these sites (both of which i've tried for my website i'm testing) PNG images with the filter or fix applied don't appear in the layout. if i shut off the javascript using the dev tools, the images re-appear, but obviously don't have transparency.

I have IETester running as administrator, and I've tried all the different compatibility modes for the program, with no difference in results. Also, i tried several other versions of IETester back to .0.4.0 with the same result.

I looked through the forums, and couldn't find anyone else having the same problem. Anyone else that had an issue with windows 7 seemed to be able to fix it with administrator mode, which didn't make a difference for me.

The only other thing I would guess is that it may have something to do with my IE settings, which I tried turning the security settings down the whole way, which made no difference. Maybe I'm missing something, but I've exhausted everything I thought to try.

Fabrice, I appreciate the awesome tool you've given us, and if there's anything I can do to test in 64bit for you (if you deem that the problem) I'd be more than willing to help! I plan on donating once my business begins to gain steam!
