Hello.

HTML check tab on a page that uses multi-byte character code,
Large number of warnings are displayed.
"replacing invalid character code ***"
"discarding invalid character code ***"

and

Select error or warning line,
Cursor position is wrong in HTML pane.
If 3 bytes character is appear, cursor shifted 2 character from correct position.

I suppose you are talking about DebugBar and not IETester right ?

I've done important changes for version 6.0 so it might be corrected in the next version. Anyway, japanese and other eastern characters are not easy to handle, so I can't certify 100% everything will be perfect on the next release.
But, I will continue to improve it in future version!
