IETester displays differently from normal browsers / DebugBar forums

Application when I am accessing through browsers in my machine is working properly.
But when I am accessing through IETester it displays badly.

I am accessing web based application. the way labels are displayed, their postitions everything is different as compared to desktop browsers.

Well, if you are not precise about your problem, I can't do anything. Please provide a link to a sample page where you see a problem and describe the problem you see.
