No css attributes to edit

Hi,

I'm running Windows XP service pack 3.
IETester v0.3.3
DebugBar v5.2.2

When I open up debugBar with IETester and target an element, then click on the style tab I can see the style in the stylesheet but there is no attribute frame so I cannot edit it.

Re: No css attributes to edit

Hi,

I'm not sure to understand your problem. Can you provide a screenshot please ?

Also, what is your default IE version, and an url to test, and the IE tab version you are using under IETester ?

Thanks.

Re: No css attributes to edit

The "Style" tab is read-only, you cannot edit the style here.

Re: No css attributes to edit

You can't so far. It is scheduled in a future DebugBar version.

Re: No css attributes to edit

DebugBar V5.2.2 - DOM Inspector: View DOM Tree and modify tags attributes and css attributes on the fly to test your page

so this is not true then?

Re: No css attributes to edit

This is true : When you have a tag element selected (that's the case on your screenshot), you can go to the "Attrs" tab and the list of attributes for this tab are displayed and you can modify them.

When you select a css element into the dom tree (instead of a tag element) you can also go to the "Attrs" tab and modify css attributes.

What is not possible so far is to add/remove attributes both for tag and css elements, and the best would be to edit directly the css text.

All this is scheduled in future versions.
