Failure to launch ietester 0.35 in Windows XP

My system has been rebuilt from scratch and now after installing ietester, I get an exception:

Event Type:    Error
Event Source:    VsJITDebugger
Event Category:    None
Event ID:    4096
Date:        8/10/2009
Time:        10:36:41 AM
User:        MITEL\brunp
Computer:    CA626365
Description:
Failed to load user32.dll into the vsjitdebugger.exe process.

Any thoughts? I have Windows XP with all the latest Service Packs and updates.

Antivirus Software           - Norton
Internet Explorer Version - IE8
Visual Studio Version       - 2008

Thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

Paul

When do you get your exception ? When launching IETester ? Do you have the IETester window that appears ? Do oyu have the crash when opening an IETester tab ? If so, which IE tab version ?

yes, on Internet Explorer. As your links are working fine on my machine, I am checking what could make IETester unstable on your machine.
