IE7Pro and DebugBar can be installed both on the same machine.
But some IE7Pro features or DebugBar features won't work.
For DebugBar, the http sniffer won't work anymor. Fore IE7Pro, the ad blocker won't work anymore.
There should be no IE crash anyway.

There is no workaround so far and there is no technical solution to handle this problem.

Disabling the IE7Pro ad filter only from the menu is not enough.

You should go to the IE7Pro Settings dialog box (from the IE7Pro menu), then in the module list uncheck "ad blocker".

Then restart IE. You should have http requests now in DebugBar.

No. There may be a good option on a future version. Do you have troubles with IE7Pro ? IE7Pro should work with DebugBar. IE7Pro is blocking DebugBar http sniffing, but that is the only interference between them.
