Cant IE5.5\IE6 use under WINXP 32BIT / DebugBar forums

HI, in my PC,both IE5.5 and IE6 when open ,the address are "http://www.my-debugbar.com/ietester/?version=0.4.2"
and display"The page cannot be displayed"
when i type a new addres then the address change to "res://C:\TDDOWNLOAD\IETester_gn\IETester\6hdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#http://www.google.com/"
and the page is empty ,title is "cannot find server"

Hi,

This problem might arise when you have defined a proxy. Try to disable the proxy and check if it's working better.
