Disabling pop up blocker.

I would like to know if there is a bug with disabling the pop up blocker. I disabled the pop up blocker in ietester but the pop ups are still blocked.

Using windows Vista and I have ie8 installed on my pc

Re: Disabling pop up blocker.

There is no option in IETester to disable popup blocker. What did you do exactly ?

Re: Disabling pop up blocker.

on the top of ietester there's a option tab and in the options tab theres a Internet explorer options tab, and it has the same options as the ie internet option. I tried disabling the pop up blocker in there. Also I diabled the pop up blocker in my ie 8 as well.

I'm not sure if this is  bug or not, but how would I exactly get ietester to allow pop ups?

Re: Disabling pop up blocker.

The "Internet Explorer" options button is just opening the IE options panel, but does not have impact on IETester. I added this button a long time ago following a user request to have quick access to IE options, but it does not behave nicely with IETester.

Also, can you provide all the info as stated in the announcement, and basically an url where I can test your problem ?

Thanks.

Re: Disabling pop up blocker.

I tested the pop blocker on a few different sites and it seems to work fine. I guess its just the site I'm testing. the site is ran locally on my pc so I really can't give an example of it.
