IE8 tab won't visit any site / DebugBar forums

Hi,
I'm on Windows XP SP2 with IE7, and IETester 0.4.7.

When I open an IE8 tab and try to navigate to any URL, I get a blank page with e.g. res://ieframe.dll/dnserrordiagoff_webOC.htm#http://www.google.com/

Now, the IE8 tab worked a wile ago with a previous version of IETester - pribably when IE8 was in beta. But it's not working now. There are no proxy settings in use and other browsers, including the native IE7 have no problem accessing any URL. I've seen that other people have had the same problem, but I haven't seen a solution to it.

Does anyone know how I can get this working?

Hi,

Unfortuantely I can't reproduce your problem. Do you have any IE add-on install that might generate this problem with IETester ?

I have the developer's toolbar installed, but that's it.
