Browser: IE8
OS: Win XP service pack 3
IETester: none

When I click the DebugBar button on the toolbar a side panel with the DebugBar title appears.  But the panel is blank.  I had it working at one point,  but since then I've uninstalled and reinstalled IE8.
I tried uninstalling DebugBar and re-installing it. but behavior is still the same.

Any help appreciated.
