Do not get IE9 window in IE Tester / DebugBar forums

In my WYSIWYG tabs for IE9 and IE10 are disabled. Also, in ALL option, IE10 opens but IE9 does not.
My system has Win XP Professional (SP2) and IE7 as default browser.
Please help.

Hi,

IE9 and IE10 both need windows Vista SP1 (or even SP2) in order to run, so this is not possible to have IE9 or IE10 on Windows XP by using IETester.

No, I don't think I'll work on this in the future. I prefer to focus on improving previous IE version on new windows versions rather than the opposite.
Web developers usually have new windows versions with latest development tools, so IETester is focusing first on bringing older version of IE to new windows versions.
