IE Crash, sometimes tab crashes / DebugBar forums

Hi.

I'm using Windos 7 x64 SP1, all updates to today (even optional ones), IE ver: 9.0.8112.16421, Update version: 9.0.7 (KB2699988) and i'm using Debugbar 6.2, but some times when change between tabs explorer crash and reports this error (spanish):

It triggers 2 or 3 messages of the same tipe and then everithing works again, no IE restart, no tab restart, this error is mainly anoying but not critical.

This problem is very random at the moment i still do not have any particular procedure to produce it, but it happens a lot on gmail and manymoon websites.

Additional information:
- Installed complements for explorer, Only Java, Adobe PDF, Adobe Flash, DebugBar (latest versions all).
- Video Driver: 8.15.10.2712 (Intel HD Graphics 3000). (gpu acceleration enabled)

Final Note: i'm using debugbar since version 4, and only with 6.x i got this problem.

Hi,

That's very strange. I've discovered a bug when tabs are closed in windows 8/ie10 (will be fixed in a future DebugBar version). It might be also there on ie9, but not sure. But this bug happens when you close the tab, not switch from one tab to another.

What is strange is that the tab is not destroyed and recreated, and based on the error you're seeing, it should.

I'll try to reproduce it on my system.

I have done more testing and now i can confirm that the bug are happening on tab closing, not tab change.

By the way my Windows 7 x64 SP 1, are spanish, same IE 9.

Ok good news. It's the bug I can also reproduce. It should be fixed on the next release.

I can confirm the bug will be fixed in the next version (DebugBar v6.3).
