Debugbar not working for anyone but admin / DebugBar forums

I've installed Debugbar but it doesn't work for any user except the admin. I really don't want to do this as it's a huge security issue. Is there a way to make it work without the user being an admin?

DebugBar needs to be installed with admin right, but should work whiouth admin right rights then.

What is your OS ? IE version ? If on Vista, are you using a standard account, an account with admin rights ? is UAC on or off ?

I'm running Windows 2003 Server with Active Directory. What is "UAC"? Is it user access control?

What rights do I need to grant regular users for them to be able to run DebugBar?

Strange.

I tested on my Win 2003 server. Created a brand new user. And I only get the DebugBar sidebar. I can't have the DebugBar toolbar.

I don't know what's wrong on 2003. Maybe a security feature is blocking new ie toolbar.
