Re: Bug with new version 0.4.2

Hi,

What is your WinXP ? basic version (no service pack) ? SP1 ? SP2 ? SP3 ?

Can you check Companion.JS "About" box and tell me what it says here ?

Thanks.

Can you check Companion.JS "About" box and tell me what it says here ?

Also did you check on the "manage add-ons" option that all Companion.JS add-ons are enabled ?

Thanks.

Re: Bug with new version 0.4.2

Hello,

I restart from beginning, to install it. (ms script editor, companion JS, two options to un-tick, two companion-JS add-on enabled)

And always the same problem. In about form, the three patch are green.
But when ging to your dummy page, I always get the microsft script debugger !

Hope that could help you a little bit more ?

Thanks fred.

Re: Bug with new version 0.4.2

I really don't know what's wrong here, strange.

Do you have Office 2003 installed ? Do you have other add-ons ? is the "console.log" feature working ?

Re: Bug with new version 0.4.2

Hello,

yes, I have office 2003 installed !

I found nothing in bug lists.

console.log() seems to work OK (only text is right justified, not very usefull !)

But the problem is that with precedent version it was OK ! So is there a link anywhere to let my install precedent version ?

Thanks again.

Re: Bug with new version 0.4.2

Hello,

I'am now with IE7 and when a bug arrive (like on your dummy page) I get the windows to let me choose on of debuger (Just in Time debugging - "Please select a debugger" : MScript debugger / MScript Editor / MScript editor) (Really two MScript editor)

I tried to uninstall Mscript editor from Office 2003 but after restart always the same.

I'am really sorry for this problem, don't know from  where is the problem.

I Even tried the older version but nothing changes.

(if nothing change, Il will maybe have to reinstall my PC :-) )

Re: Bug with new version 0.4.2

That's really strange. If everything is green on the about box, it should work. What is the language of your windows XP and IE ?
