Do you know how I can reproduce the crash ?

I tested on Win 8/7 64-bit en, system locale is Chinese (Simpiled, PRC). When close IE or open a new tab, IE will crash, if I disabled DebugBar, IE will not crash again. I tried to disable other add-ons, but IE still crash.
