My IE8 and IETester IE8 are not rendering the same styling / DebugBar forums

When I look at my page on my WinXP 32bit IE8 browser, the font sizes, margins, padding, etc. are slightly different than if I view the same page with IETester IE8 tab. Is there a setting I missed?
It's a default install of IETester. I made no changes to it any of its options.
