Commandline Options for IETester to open URLs in different IE-Tabs

Thanks for this great program!

Is there a possibility to open a new URL in a new IETester Browsertab?

It would be great to open some tabs with commands like
"C:\Program Files\IETester\IETester.exe -t=ie8 http:\\www.google.com"

and a second tab with
"C:\Program Files\IETester\IETester.exe -t=ie7 http:\\www.google.com"

This would be great and gives the opportunity to open IETester directly from the default browser.

I also didnīt find the possibility to open URLs in IETester from DebugBar, so I assume it is not builtin?

Re: Commandline Options for IETester to open URLs in different IE-Tabs

Hi,

You are right, those features are not yet developed. I plan to add command line options soon as well as interaction with DebugBar.

Re: Commandline Options for IETester to open URLs in different IE-Tabs

This sounds great. Thanks for your support.

I use a firefox extension called "Launchy" to view websites in all installed browsers on my system. While developing websites displaying in Firefox, I use the Launchy-Button to view also in IE, Opera, Safari, Chrome etc. It would be great if it works with IETester together. For this purpose only a CommandLine must be added to a configuration file called launchy.xml in the Firefox profile folder.
