Fix Windows 7 Proxy issues with IE 6 / DebugBar forums

IE Tester crashes if you are using Windows 7 behind a proxy and try to use IE 6. It's not always possible to change proxy settings (i.e.: at work) so if would be nice if the software worked under these conditions. The issue is outlined in this forum post:

Hi

I m using window7, My application work fine without proxy setting . but do to company policy could not use IE proxy can`t be remove.

Any alternative for same.
